Dejan Lovren withdrawn six minutes into Wolves vs Liverpool as Ki-Jana Hoever makes debut. Dejan Lovren was withdrawn just six minutes into Liverpool's FA Cup clash against Wolves after picking up an injury.
The 29-year-old appeared to have a problem almost immediately after kick-off and quickly went to ground in order to get himself substitued.
It is not yet clear how bad the injury is, but Lovren now joins defenders Joe Gomez and Joel Matip in the treatment room.
Despite Trent Alexander-Arnold being named on the bench, Jurgen Klopp instead decided to hand 16-year-old Ki-Jana Hoever his Liverpool debut.
The full-back, born in 2002, is believed to be one of the club's brightest prospects.
Speaking prior to the third round tie at Molineux, Klopp was full of praise for Ki-Jana.
"It is just a joy to watch him," said the German. "He is an incredible, confident young fella and is really a good player on top of that."
